By booking a service through the Marian Newydd website, you agree to the following terms:

Bookings & Payments
All bookings are made via our online system and are confirmed instantly. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your slot.

Refund Policy
We offer a full refund for cancellations made more than 24 hours before your booking. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time.

Rider Responsibility
All riders must wear appropriate safety gear, including riding hats and suitable footwear. Riders take part at their own risk and must follow all safety instructions while on site.

Use of Facilities
By using our facilities, you agree to follow all posted rules and guidance provided by our staff. All riders must wear appropriate safety gear, including a riding helmet and suitable footwear.

Liability
Marian Newydd accepts no responsibility for injury, loss, or damage to persons, horses, or property while on site, unless caused by proven negligence on our part.

Changes to Services
We reserve the right to make changes to services, pricing, or availability at any time.
